At Spontiq, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’re here to help.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video/photos may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/color selected by customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen display

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us at:

with your order ID and issue photos/videos.

Refund Process

Approved refunds/replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
